Ok I’m putting this at DNF for now. I’m hoping to come back to it, but it was too dragged out for me. I was hoping the Les Mis retelling would be more fast paced. I WILL finish it eventually and give an updated review.

This book was a quick moving, sci fi exploding, magical adventure! I have so many thoughts swirling around my head that for now, all I can say is READ IT NOW!

1st Read(12:57pm): I have no words for how much I thoroughly enjoyed this book and could not put it down for the life of me. This quite honestly has become one of my top favorite books of all time now. I’ve read the first book of the lunar chronicles series and this book reminded me so much of how I had enjoyed that book as well. I can’t wait to get my hands on the next book and ultimately devour that one as well.

Well I didn’t actually finish it.... so I’m not totally sure. By all accounts I should have liked it. The writing was good, the world-building was good. I just couldn’t really get into it and I read three other books while I was reading this one so.... yeah. Idk. I wouldn’t not recommend it to others. Just for some reason wasn’t my thing this time.
