I flew through the first two volumes of this adorable YA/LGBTQ romance. I picked the first one mostly because I needed a quick read to get me to the end of my 2023 reading goal, but I'd also been eyeing it for a while because of all the good reviews. This series is every nice adjective I can think of: cute, sweet, adorable, endearing. It's both a realistic and an encouraging story of coming out, embracing yourself, and teen love. I've already watched half of the first season on Netflix and am shocked at how all the actors look JUST LIKE their graphic counterparts?? Incredible.

Oh this book was cuteness overload! I think I could’ve read it with just the pictures and it will still have said everything you need to know! I love how you can see Nick becoming the person he wants to be and I love Charlie for being so patient! Story well told! Can’t wait for volume 3
