I enjoyed reading this and it resonated with me. I didn’t really learn anything about how to experience life differently.

Another great book for introverts and melancholic personality types. I love how both this and Quiet highlight the strengths of personalities like mine. I didn’t like it as much as Quiet but I did enjoy it.

I had high expectations of this book. I still enjoyed it, but was looking for something more profound.
