Thank you to PRHAudio for this complimentary audiobook! This book was just about everything I thought it would be. It made me admire Warnock even more and am so glad that he is doing great things for this country. He is nearing another race this year and this book only solidifies how good of a man and political figure he is. He is a great narrator and makes me really hope more people like him find their way into the political spectrum. Great listen. Go get this book today and VOTE for Warnock in November!!

by Senator Reverend Rafael Warnock. His memoir, from an impoverished childhood in a loving family, through several important mentorships, a good education, serving as pastor at increasingly important Black churches, realization he could achieve his goals for more people through political service. His Christian faith is central to his life.

The Rev. Dr. Raphael Warnock describes himself as “not a senator who used to be a pastor, but a pastor in the Senate.” This book is the inspiring story of his life and the lives of many other Black religious leaders/political activists who came before him. I love his quote about religious people participating in political activism: “This is making grace real and changing people’s lives.”
