Opět se tu potvrzuje teorie, že druhé díly jsou v trilogiích vždycky ty nejlepší. Neskutečně mě tohle pokračování bavilo a záhadu, kterou naši hlavní hrdinové řešili, jsem si užila ještě víc jak tu poslední. Možná to bylo proto, že na výsledku víc záleželo, když to nebyl cold case, nevím.
Užívám si Pip, je to pro mě jedna z nejlepších hlavních hrdinek, o kterých jsem měla za poslední dobu tu čest číst.
A moc se těším na finále téhle trilogie, akorát si dám asi menší pauzu a vměstnám před to ještě nějakou jinou knihu, abych si od těchto vážných témat trochu odpočinula a ke knize pak šla s čistou hlavou!

I enjoyed this book, I loved the scenes between Pip and Ravi. The description of Pip after dragging the guy from the fire and how it is written as she goes to the police station. It took me a while to read because of how accurate her feelings and thoughts were and how much it triggered me because it was wayyyyy too similar to my experience with PSTD. It took me a while and really triggered me bc the situation was way too similar- starting at a dead body. I believe she’s 17 in this book and my heart crushed for her. I was almost 16 when stuff happened to me.
