This is the biggest piece of garbage I’ve read in a long time. I’ve lost a little bit of respect for myself for actually finishing the thing, but it was so awful and horrific I couldn’t stop. I had to see just how much worse it could get so I kept plowing through.
At some point I put this on my TBR list because I thought Manson seemed like an intelligent person, a man with a performative persona who wanted to challenge the world. Not true. There’s nothing special or intelligent about him, no deeper meaning. He’s a shock-artist, a person who does heinous things for the reaction and nothing else. This book is merely a vehicle for Manson to stroke his ego, nothing more than self-congratulatory filth. No one thinks more of Marilyn Manson than Marilyn Manson.

In conclusion, don’t read this book. It’s tired and gross. Not worth your time.

I would of liked more information, the last two chapters felt like so much information was being shoved in there compared to the rest of the chapters. However I did enjoy the book overall, it isn't for people who are quite sensitive or have a weak stomach though
