Ummm that was a tough read. There are some mental images I will never forget no matter how hard I try. No one deserves what happened to Gary/ Jerry, I don't remember his name and I'm not going back to look.

Typically I'm a fantasy girlie but this book really shocked me on how good it was, it may be short but it packs a good punch

This was an okay read. I do think it might have been better to read this before Hunting Adeline instead of after the duet. I did learn more about Sibby and her background, so that was good. This was a very quick read.

Loved the idea behind the story, young girl travelling with a horror carnival so she can rid the world of evil 1 'demon' at a time in her little doll house of horrors... however, i didn't like the sexual gore, sex near mutilated bodies or sexual arousal while mutilating bodies.

I might come back and try to read it again... but for now I DNF.

Just wow. This book is nuts and I’m here for every bit of it. I have read Haunting Adeline already and I have partially read Hunting Adeline and so I was familiar with this character. However, to know all of her backstory really brings her into perspective as a whole. The ending is absolutely genius. I love how this author writes the book and the progression of events. This book does have very dark elements, so it’s not a good feeling book. If you have issues with content warnings, I’d not pick up this short read.

poor sibby. i read this after Haunting Adeline so i knew what it was about generally, and what was going to happen/the ending. def wasn't expecting most of the book. took me a second to acclimate then question why i wanted to continue to read it lol.
what i want to know though is how she managed to use toys on herself and/or hallucinate the scene with ALL OF HER HENCHMEN at the same time?? like howd she managed two from the back, one from the front, while imagining someone going down on her, i need a labeled chart
