Well narrated, cute, likeable MC's and side characters. Nothing groundbreaking, but very enjoyable all the same.

If you're after a read to make you smile... this might be the one for you.
A lovely setting, that I could clearly imagine. Alongside great characters and a decent plot.

A sweet story set in a lovely but sleepy  village that charmed me in parts.
The aspect I enjoyed in particular was the make-over - that stuff is my catnip.
The characters were lovely and the love story was tender and nicely developed.
But it did take me a while to finish this. It didn't grip me and I sometimes had to force me to pick it up again.
It was worth it in the end though!
