AMAZING ending to the Blue Collar Brothers series!!! So sad to see them go, but I'm sure we will be seeing the Bianco brothers some more!!

Seeing Luca start to realize that he can be boyfriend material, is just a wonderful transformation. Realized that he can actually love is outstanding. But falling for the girl he 'hates' is just amazing. Love the way Luca and Lauren develop their relationship.

Totally love the writing style of these two amazing authors. Cannot wait to see what Piper and Rayne come up with next!!

I loved this series, it was wonderful! I feel as though the authors did a great job in creating all the different main characters throughout the series. The only thing I would change I think would be that we weren’t introduced to them so fast because it became kind of confusing at parts. I love how each friend found a brother to love.

Enemies to lovers/Fake Fiancée/Old high school crush
This adorable romcom is filled with just enough sweet and tender to swoon for Luca Bianco, the perfect dash of chemistry between Lauren and Luca to make my cheeks blush and the right amount of splash of "it's never gonna happen" to make it a page turner until the very end.

This is the third book in the Blue Collar Brothers series by Piper Rayne. As the baby brother in the Bianco family Luca has never felt the need to rush into any relationship long term, he's has his older brothers to carry the torch for that responsibility. However, with his mother now having heart surgery her approval, or more like disapproval, over his lifestyle hurts more than it should. To make sure she doesn't go under the knife saddened over his state of bachelorhood he does the one thing he never thought he'd do - propose to the girl of his mother's dreams, Lauren Hunt, the girl who hates his guts.

Lauren spends quite a bit of time with the Bianco family due to the fact that her best friends are dating the oldest Bianco brothers. Unfortunately, that leaves Luca the single Bianco, the bane of her existence, available much of the time to tease and taunt her just like he did beginning back in high school. As much as she detests seeing Luca, she does love her best friends so she puts up with his goading. What she never saw coming was when Luca suddenly popped the question, and I'm not talking, "would you like to go for pizza?" kind of question, I'm talking the BIG question, the mother of all questions, the forever kind of question - or in this case - Will you marry me until my mother's health improves kind of question. So, it isn't exactly romantic or even that Luca suddenly falls insta-in-love with Lauren, but perhaps she might just need him to get her out of a pickle just as much as he needs her.

The two grapple with the hole they've dug as they fall deeper and deeper into the mess they both create. What do you do when you suddenly find yourself having feelings for your fake fiancée? How do you begin a relationship that is built on nothing but lies?

Join the Bianco's for this steamy holiday read.

I usually love Piper Rayne books, and enjoyed the first 2 of this trilogy, but this one was rough too finish.  Other than grammatical errors an editor should have caught, I can't really pinpoint why I didn't enjoy it.  Their writing has definitely improved since this series was published.

This is a fun, entertaining, good read. Luca and Lauren are interesting, relatable, intriguing, entertaining, complex, captivating characters. I enjoyed them as individual characters and a couple. It was fun getting more insight into these characters and their backstory. Luca is a new book boyfriend. These two are a good fit for each other and I enjoyed their romance – with all it’s twists and turns. This book is a fitting end for the series. I wish we had gotten more from the ending, like an epilogue so that we could see some of the stories lies wrapped up and where they end up in their HEA.

Team Luca

I have absolutely loved this series and thought that Mauro was my favorite Bianca brother but Luca has stolen his spot. Luca was a sweet, funny, and loving man who loved nothing more than to argue and compete with Lauren. Lauren was a strong, independent woman who had a big soft heart but refused to show that side to Luca. These two banter so well I was chuckling one second then laughing the next. I loved their story.

It’s official–I love Piper Rayne.

Engaged To The EMT is the third and final installment in the Blue Collar Brothers Series by the writing duo Piper Rayne. Fans of the series are finally getting the much-anticipated standalone romcom story of the youngest Bianco son–Luca.

Since their early years, Luca and Lauren’s relationship can be described as a competitive and the perfect definition of love/hate. But due to Lauren’s best friends dating Luca’s brothers, the pair find themselves seeing each more often than they care for. However, Luca finds himself in a desperate situation and turns to no other than Lauren for his request.

Pretend to be his fiancée.

You all know that fake dating/marriage is literally my all time favorite trope, right next to enemies-to-lovers–and after reading this, I am happy to say that this book made me love the trope even more. Honestly, this novel has probably taken over the most favorite book in the series spot, which the first book (Flirting With Fire) had reigned for months previously.

I fell more in love with Luca and his story and getting to know who he truly is from his perspective rather than his brothers. During the previous books, readers have seen Luca portrayed as the baby boy of the family who changes girls like a clock changes time. But this installment gives you a better perspective of who Luca truly is and man oh man was I here for it!

The chemistry between both Lauren and Luca is not lost throughout the novel but rather with each page it felt more intensified. The banter between the main and supporting casts had me swooning and in stitches throughout my time reading, and honestly it’s probably my favorite part of the book. Great dialogue does indeed make for a happy Sam.

Overall, I give this story 4 stars! I was head over in heels in love with this novel, and I recommend it to anyone who has a hankering for a great romcom.

*4.5*
This book honestly was so fun and great. Like I’m kind of laughing because I had such a great time. Also it was like a Christmas book so like a bonus. I love the gimmicks of the childhood hate to love and fake engagement like totally here for it. Fun time and it delivered on what I wanted!

*re-read 5/4/22*
Honestly, not positive why I re-read this but it was still pretty good! I think I forgot most of the plot but it still was gimmicky which I like. I’m not sure I liked it as much but I’m not angry at it.
