Low 3, maybe high 2.75 — too short to feel like it had substance but was essentially a fun collection of tropes that I will always read with some good spicy scenes

Could've done more on the front end to establish true long-term friendship. It felt like mutual crush on neighbors not BFFs. As filthy as they both claimed to be most of that wasn't on the page either.
