I am not sure what I think of this book - the descriptive prose was outstanding but the content was so bizarre often times I found myself rereading sentences and whole pages to try and wrap my head around what was going on !
My favourite stories were Sarahland, Naked Furniture and The First Sarah as they were slightly longer and more “normal”. That being said, I enjoyed reading a style I have never ventured into before, and it has inspired me to pick up more short story collections.
