I love everything this author writes. She has such an amazing voice and writing style with characters that leap off the page. I always think they're real people, living out there in the real world, continuing on with life long after the story is over. This is a wonderful addition to the Over Series!

A short and sweet second chance novella featuring Alex's brother, Emmett, and the one who got away, Annie. This novella can be read as a stand alone, even though it is book #3.5 in the interconnected Over series.

Honestly, I wished that this one could have been a bit longer so that we could really get to know the characters. It was still was able to pack a punch, but I just didn't feel the incredible connection that Emmett and Annie supposedly shared. I still rooted for them to find their way back to each other though and I really enjoyed their jabs and silly banter. Luna was also a fun addition and she brought some wonderful humor to the story. One of the best parts though, was being able to catch up a bit with Alex and West! Overall, this was a great addition to the Over series!

I inhaled these books they are so well written! You can read the whole series or just one of the books as even though the characters are friends so they appear in all the books, each book is complete in itself, it’s about one couple’s story, their ups and downs on their way to becoming a couple and struggles and happy moments during their relationship. The books convey emotions in great depths, there are also some erotic scenes that are a turn-on without being forced.
I loved these books so much because they portray a realness that most romance or erotic novels lack; it’s not all easy and lovey dovey, it’s relatable, these are humans with positive and negative emotions, happy moments as well as heartbreaking ones and when they have sex they have that moment where they have to put on a condom and it’s not just plug and play without regards to possible consequences.
