Of the hundreds of paranormal romance novels I've read, this series had the widest gap between great potential and actual delivery. There were so many missed opportunities to write something interesting! Evie never got to explore the full potential of her powers. Liam never got to do anything important with his new and improved dragon form. Evie's brothers came back and had zero effect on the storyline. We didn't even get to see Liam's reaction to finding out about the pregnancy. There were no reactions or emotional consequences from any characters regarding Liam burning himself to death in a fire! Roz and Evie never got to work together as new leaders. Beth and Errol never got to have any on-page romance, not to mention what ever happened to the kid who had a crush on Beth? Why was he in the books at all? What about that girl from book two that had it in for Evie? What's her story? Beth's presence was always boring--she was only ever there to give a helping hand or pass along information that was necessary.

It felt like this had the potential of a great series but was pulled back on and cut short.

This series was so dry, that for the last three books, I started to skim sections, because you truly didn't need to read every word. Each part played out predictably: Here's where they make a plan, here's where they get from point A to B, here's where they fight. There was no witty banter or exciting sharing of information or even a crazy thing that happened in between anything happening to make sections worth reading!

This is the fifth and final book in this series and MUST be read in reading order.

Ms. Jonas is a mastermind in this genre, her books age like fine wine, getting better and better with each one. I am in awe of her writing and how she can make complex characters relatable, loveable, vulnerable and redeemable. Evie and Liam are simply amazing together and I could read book after book just focusing on them. Nick and Roz have truly come so far in their relationship and I am so happy that they have one another.

This book is by far the most intense and somewhat nerve wracking of all the books. War is upon our hero’s and not everyone will make it out unscathed.

Of all the series and books that I have read this series has one of the most satisfying conclusions of all. When most series end, I am left waiting more and feel like the books are unfinished. That was not the case with this book, I love how everything was tied up and finalized. It was a most beautiful ending. I know that this series will be one that I will reread time and time again.

Wow!

The action never stops in this series. His book, Book 5, brings this series to a perfect ending. Loved every second of it.

Recently I had the privilege to read the 5th and final installment of The Lost Royals Saga: Fate of The Fallen by Rachel Jonas. This series is so amazing. This final book will have you in tears!! This book takes us back in time to Evie's first incarnation. We get to see a little of her past as well as present time. I won't go too much into it, because it isn't released yet. If you've read any of the others in the series, you'll definitely not want to miss this one!! All the questions you've needed answered are IN this book! And you don't want to miss the ultimate show-down!
