While I love how, in the second story, we get three more last names (by extension, four), it just doesn’t seem to make much sense.

My biggest qualm is with the first story. This comic is meant to fill in the six months between The Scorch Trials movie and The Death Cure movie, but it has a huge plot hole. Aris. Unless it’s a different character with the same name, Aris shouldn’t be there. He was taken along with Minho and Sonya at the end of The Scorch Trials, and considering how he’s the brain behind the maze infiltration, the entire story makes no sense without him. He’s the one who finds the information about WCKD’s train, allowing the rescue mission in The Death Cure to happen, but Aris was on the train.

If I missed something, please let me know, but all in all I’ll give it 3 stars.

The stories were good, the characterizations (specifically Newt) fit the book versions of the characters better, the art was great. All in all, fairly solid.

(The names are Rachel Tsai, Harriet Harrower and Sonya Ross (Newt Ross?))

Looooove how this filled in the blank between the second and third movies especially since they didn't follow book-canon so this was a really fun read!

Some parts felt a little off, but owing to my already existing love for the characters and story as well as the excellent art style, I really enjoyed this!
