An insightful read that more often than not proves to be entirely technical.

A decent thesis that takes too long to get out. It seemed to repeat itself over and over again.

I basically read a chapter per day (or less). It’s a bit of a slog, but probably worth it. Feels like I accomplished something, but that’s probably just System 1 leading me astray again.

Mostly skimmed through second half. Very interesting book with lots of insights. The takeaway for real life application is the mechanics of system 1 and 2. Once you recognize these systems playing a role in daily decision making, then you can come up with useful tricks that help you improve.

Цікаво поглянути на те, як наш мозок першочергово приймає здавалося логічні, але хибні рішення та як це легко спростувати, якщо над цим задуматися. Стиль написання — не для широкої аудиторії.

Couldn't get thru this one, after about half of the book I felt like we'd covered a few things too many times.
