This book is really powerful. Robin Sharma goes into a lot of thought provoking concepts to inspire readers to become better versions of themselves. The only thing I don't like is the writing style. It's too much detail for the average reader to take in. Parts of the book also comes across cheesy which I found distracts from the main message. If you can push through, this book is really good. The explanations on why each practice is beneficial as well as how to implement these practices are gold!
Moderate: Death, Violence, and Stalking
Minor: Racism, Grief, and Death of parent
