Είχα ελευθερία, όμως δεν την έβλεπα
είχα χρόνο, όμως δεν το ήξερα
και είχα αγάπη, μα δεν την ένιωθα.

Perhaps, in time, I can only hope to reach a life as fulfilling as Ezio Auditore's. Many trials and experiences all have cultivated him to be a man of immense wisdom; and a prolific writer himself.

This book read like you were playing the game, pretty much move-for-move, which when translated into words sounded a bit...off. Ofc, the games of this are aaaamaaaazing (althoughI'monlyonthefirstoneatm), but it was like the author had just watched someone playing, and written down absolutely everything they'd done, word for word. There were also some awfully jarring puns thrown in there too (honestly, "drive-through" remarks?) that let down the author when he actually had to think for himself. 2** only because it was interesting to read about Ezio- but that's more the game being interesting, rather than the author's prowess.

This was a good book that had good fights and I found following both Ezio and all of the others interesting. I found the twists shocking yet I loved how out ended with an anti climax. Yet the happy ending was welcome with the vineyard being his retirement interesting and the last fight was good. I also like the fact that they addressed the time progression too.

Felt clunky trying to keep true to game dialog and events. Great game, book was okay.

An excellent novelization of Assassin's Creed Revelations and a fitting end to Ezio's story.
