Really enjoyed the one-shot stories here: The People, Octavian, the play on Arabian nights were all really well done. I wasn't the biggest fan of Norton I and Orpheus felt really drawn out.

Another collection of great standalone stories, much like Dream Country, where Morpheus is more of a supporting character. Here you get tales about Mark Twain, Robespierre, and Marco Polo, and other tales set in Ancient Rome and the Garden of Eden. Really love the humor of the werewolf issue, the family drama of "The Song of Orpheus," and the story of how Haroun Al Raschid sought to preserve the Golden Age of Baghdad.

Woohoo, es ist alles wieder paletti, bin wieder bei der Serie mit an Bord. Eine mächtige Verbesserung gegenüber dem letzten Band, sooo unterhaltsam!

isn’t necessarily my favourite volume, however the song of orpheus is such a wonderfully fleshed out depiction of morpheus’s flaws as a father.
