Laura Erickson works in the family business. Mark Lee knows how to treat a lady – especially when he wants to get to know her better. He also seems to take her feelings into account. At the start of their story there are lots of conversations going on and some of the scenes don’t leave anything to the imagination – and no I don’t mean that. It’s as if the reader is a third wheel during date night.

One thing that will pull at your heartstrings, and maybe your purse strings as well, is the inclusion of a story that revolves around the Make A Wish Foundation. Now that the beginning of the holiday season is upon us, why not put some money aside to help a worth cause – it just may make you and someone you don’t even know a little happier. But just be careful because there will be a tissue moment within that storyline.

This is a book that’s very romantic and has a big heart. I like that the author used the first person point of view. It gave me some incite into what our main characters were thinking. At no time did I feel that I had to read the first three books before attempting to read Laura and Marks story. But I’m kind of curious as to whether or not Laura appeared at any time within those books – since she seems to be an important part of the Eagle family. I liked how the author treated her Epilogue. It seemed as if Mark was talking directly to the reader but when I got to the end of it I felt a little disappointed – I wanted to know what happened. It means that I will have to be prepared to read book five that will be out this coming Winter.

I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
