Bumbling supervillain Rex never seems to pull off his plan to destroy....California, the UN, Christmas.
And finding the right Christmas present for his boyfriend Sanjay is taxing.
A bit too daft for my full enjoyment but Rex's bungling was amusing - he does need to employ KISS.

Amusing and adorable. Although all I could see when I thought of Rex was the Supervillain from Phineas and Ferb.
