My favourite trilogy as a kid. When I found out Sachar wrote a fourth book, I immediately started re-reading the series. I've probably read this book 50 times, and it's just as good as I remember.

There is no nineteenth story. This book was absolutely quirky and funny. There were a few chapters that had me scratching my head at the end but I still giggled. I read this one with my 9-year-old and we both thought it was so fun! This book is marketed as middle grades for ages 8-12.
Minor: Body shaming, Bullying, and Fatphobia
