Oh, this one was heavy. Please read all trigger warnings and know yourself well. That being said, I loved this book. Asya is so very broken, so very fragile, and to watch her find safety and security in someone who yearned so deeply for someone to need him? Heart wrenching. I’ll admit it, I cried twice in this read. TWICE. I’d do anything for you, Pasha.

I think the trauma and mental anguish as a result of the FMC’s trafficking and sexual assault is impeccably well done. However at times the passion the MC’s had for each other disappeared and the chemistry felt muted. Parts I adored and parts at the end where my attention waned. Over all I enjoyed this book, but by no means my favourite.
