Some really excellent and useful tips make this a very useful book, and Nir is a joy to listen to. His stories and research are expertly aligned with his advice.

One of my favorite things I learned from this book is that it's not focus that's the opposite of distraction, it's traction. Much easier concept to digest and follow.

This is one book that I will look forward to reading and reviewing again and again!

Boredom beats contentment: Constant dissatisfaction drives us to want more, work hard, and make progress. What would our lives be like if we could focus on the things that matter most?
