this book is far from light and deals with anxiety, depression, and mental illness in general. i loved the main character's growth (and her in therapy) throughout the book. her growth was beautifully described and it rly represents what i felt when my depression was at its peak. this book shows the main character, with debilitating anxiety, navigating through finding herself and seeing her worth, as well as fall in love. i love the characters and cried at the twist. however, im not a big fan of the first 30% or so of the book, but the end makes it worth it!
