This is a really good little steamy office romance and I really enjoyed it. I just loved Liam and Avery not only were they were great together with tons of chemistry they were also a lot of fun.

This novella was okay but because it was so rushed due to it being so short I didn’t love it as much as I could have.

Book 1, not 2

Amazon has this book listed as #2 in the series but it’s actually #1. Thankfully I read the second book, Billionaire Bosshole, first because both books are essentially the same. Billionaire Bosshole is better though as it’s longer and more involved from a story perspective.

My first Laura Lee book and it was pretty good. I went into this knowing it was a novella, so I knew that it would be fast and to the point. She didn’t make you feel like it was rushed too much. The characters were ok, but I thought some parts were a little too much. Some of the sex scenes were a little rushed in how fast they progressed to doing things that I thought would require more trust in relationships, but I just moved past that.

Not a bad read. It was quick, but ok.

If you’re looking for a short, sweet and mouthwatering book, something light to read, this is it! I loved how the author wrote the book and it seemed to flow together nicely. You know how there are some books where you feel like the story is forced, or the conversations and the story line don’t flow well together? Yea this was nothing like it! It was a cute, nice, sweet, sexy and man o man was Liam mouthwatering! Read it! It’s a cute short story! I would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something short and sweet!

I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Hahaha! This book has one of the most memorable opening scenes out of all of the books I've read. The first two lines had me spitting my coffee everywhere 😂😂
It was short and sexy with snarky banter that kept me glued to my screen. A fun and feisty read, the perfect book for my Sunday afternoon.

I needed this story to be longer and that is the only reason there wasn't a five. I know it's a novella, but I needed more from this couple because they were great!
