The ending is quite satisfying after a surprise plot twist but it isn't enough for me to rate the book higher than a three. I was impatient for the book to end and I didn't end up really caring about any of the characters until the very end. Perhaps I'm just a cynic.

The first half was slow and looking like a 3 star but the last 100 pages really captured me.

Didn't like the first 200 pages but I loved how it ended! It's a 4.5 stars.

Both inspiring and fun to read, this is a combination spiritual and mystery novel! Recommended for the beach or a very long plane ride...which was my case.

3.5- The thing about Mitch Albom is he makes miracles seem like ordinary events that could happen anytime to anyone. But he doesn't make you feel foolish for it.

I'm not really good at writing reviews and don't think ill start writing big giant ones right now but all I can say is this book is fascinating I wanted to know whether or not it was going to turn out being real or all a hoax but it was really interesting to find out with all the different characters and the story behind their life's. Considering throughout the book was characters getting phone calls from dead relatives but their was one character throughout the book trying to discover the truth behind the phone calls as he didn't believe and in the end he finds out but with a bit if a twist. As I said I'm not very good at writing reviews so I'll finish with this book was a real page turner and I enjoyed it. Mitch Albom is a great author and I recommend people to read this book.
