It's slow to read for the first 2/3 of the book, it starts twisting and turning after that and the end leaves the reader a bit bewildered and anxious about the next book. Not her best, good. Hoping that the rest of the series improves. Still excessive use of the word F--- which is fine but it's like a word just discovered by a child and is somehow used at least once a page.

Severe lack of diversity.

This is a brilliant book which i thing is expected of any Sarah Maas novel! i couldn't stop reading it and was enthrawled in the plot from start to finish. I follows on nicely from the first in the series and it continues character development. Additionally, it explores characters who were not the focus of the previous book which only made the world she is created even better. The final 150 pages are stupidly fast paced and have to be read all in one because it is insane! THE ENDING OMG i am still not over it, she is doing something which i never though she would as an author and i am incredibly excited to see what the next book will hold!
