absolutely stunning art, but the subject matter made this a really, really difficult read (joke's on me for not entirely realizing just how dark this one gets, I guess)

This was spectacular. The art is exceptional, and the story compelling and layered. I can gush all day about how rich the reading experience was. I can’t wait to get the next volume from the library.
