Not really sure what I think of this. I found it to be a bit silly actually. In reading other reviews, many recommended a second reading. I think I will need to do that as well.

Jackob von Gunten, enters a school for servants (I'm thinking it may have been for butlers).

This took me a very long time to finish. I thought it was just okay. The idea of the book was wonderful to me, but it fell flat. However, Walser’s writing is just exquisite.
