I wanted to read a book from a Palestinian’s point of view and this book was a tough read but I leaned a lot while reading.Â

Dena Takruri is a journalist I have admired for a long time. Writing in this book is of quality. Dena clearly knew how to highlight Ahed's own voice.
This review is short because I think it would be better to read the book yourself rather than just rely on what others are saying, if it is worth reading. It is.
