This book was incredible and I’m so sad I have to wait for the second to be released in paperback ( books list match!).
I did experience some confusion during the book regarding some of the lore. I thought I was keeping track but then something didn’t seem to track for me. I’ll probably go back and re analyse

Otherwise, great characters and plot and world building all around.

3.5 ⭐ but rounding down

The climax of the book was actually quite good but when a certain thing happened (iykyk) it kinda went a bit crazy

Am interested to see how the promise in the epilogue is fulfilled in the sequel
