Oooh this one was good.
SpoilerTanjirou and Giyuu are amazing, Akaza's backstory was truly sad, Kanao got to slay as she should, and BOY did I miss Inosuke :")

Akaza’s story is so sad; I feel bad for him. Gotouge has a wonderful way of making all the characters redeemable, and Tanjiro is an amazing main character for feeling this way too. I also loved getting to read more about Inosuke’s past in this volume. I’m so excited to see more of Kanao, Inosuke, and Doma in battle!

this volume got me fcked up w/ the tragic backstories goddamn...esp hakuji/akaza just couldnt catch a break and it's so sad how life never let up on him despite how hard he tried to turn it around.

there's also some great development for kanao in terms of characterization (not her reading douma like that lol) and tanjiro in his battle ability. the fights are good but the art looks stiled at times and as always there are incontinuity issues + the paneling irks me in how it could be more impactful.
