Third book in an epic fantasy trilogy with magical artifacts, mythical creatures, friendship and found family, love and slow burn, betrayal and adventure.
I’m really happy that I could return to the world of the Da’Valia for this last book of the trilogy. We join Neva in het search for the Trishula while battling both internal and external demons. There is a lot of action, there are things you’ll never see coming, and there is a happy ending. Nevertheless you’ll still encounter loss and heartbreak as well. The writing style is very pleasant and easy to read. The story is still intriguing and invites you to keep on reading. The thing that bothered me most was that some events and choices are quickly skimmed over, almost as if they are barely of any relevance, even though they are major plot points. That aside, I still enjoyed this story immensely.
If you’ve read Born at Dawn and Blood, Fire & Mercy, I can only tell you to pick this book up ASAP. You’ll be more easily drawn into the story and you’ll feel even more connected to the characters when you read these three books one after the other.

Infinite Night By Christina Davis is the final book in the Da’Valia Trilogy. Neva must come to terms with all that has happened.
The plot and character development is great, as is the writing style. It’s action-paced and fast paced. The world-building is well thought out and I loved all the different side characters. Neva is a fantastic character and you can relate to her with all that she has gone through. The story-line made for great reading.
Recommended to those readers who want to read a kind of unique fantasy story, with a great plot and story-line, a story filled with action, danger and a great cast.
