What the hell did I just read? Something akin to Roald Dahl on acid? I'm pretty sure it's satirical, but I'm not sure what it's a satire of. Loneliness, that even constructed tribes (as opposed to organic ones) still end up at war?

The last Vonnegut novel I had left to read, and I'd probably rank it somewhere in the middle. I do like his idea of assigning everyone new middle names so we'd all be family.
