Real quick novella! Multiple POVs which is always fun.
Loved getting little sneak peeks into the couples of the series!!! Can’t wait to start the series :)

I love this book
This book was very good and it gave us a little bit of if story behind the playing with characters characters even before their books are released

I read this in between moments at work, when it wasn't that busy, so it was quite a disjointed reading. I'm not sure if that affected my opinion or not, but I wasn't totally hooked. I liked the Saige and Aiden parts of this but the others I could take or leave. I'm not sure if I'd continue the series or not, I'd likely give Aidens book a try because I did like him and felt for his situation with hockey.

At first I wasn't a fan of POV hopping over so many characters, but now I can't get enough. Loved every couple/love interest in this book. I hope the rest of the series is pieced out with a couple per book!

This was a perfect novella to start off the series. It leaves you wanting more and I can't wait to find out what happens to these couples

Fun novella
Such a fun intro to the couples in the Hockey Hotties series. Maksim, Paisley, Aiden, Saige, Ford, Lena seem to be a fun bunch with witty banter and chemistry. Can’t wait to see what goes down.
Joe Arden & Maxine Mitchell did a great job portraying all these characters.

It was a good intro to the series, but the different couples chapters could have been included in the beginning of their own books

This was a very short prequel of the author’s book #13. I thought the book was interesting but it’s not memorable to me yet. I am intrigued by the ending though because, of course, it’s a cliffhanger. Maybe I might get the book that follows after this?
Characters: 3.5/5 typical hockey player stereotype but I kind of like Aiden? He feels different from the other hockey players
Storyline: 3.5/5 but closer to a 4 - sort of a plot twist and I want to see it develop more
