This was very new adult, short, sweet. It isn’t “innocent virgin” new adult, but the characters are about 18 and 21. And Teddy is a football  player, but I didn’t get the sense that he was a player with women. It occurs over the week before Christmas, so there’s no football or college on page, though they are mentioned. Very good novella if you know what you’re getting into.

Note: This review is for an ARC and is my unbiased opinion.

This book is perfect if you're looking for some cute, sweet holiday cheer. Holly is the quiet, bookish twin who loves everything Christmas. She's had a HUGE crush on her older brother's best friend and college football teammate, Teddy, ever since she met him. Holly is both delighted and intimidated when she gets snowed in with Teddy at the family cabin. What starts out a little awkward quickly moves to bonding in the best way. I loved how all of the time they spent doing holiday stuff let them get to know each other and brough them closer. They were just too adorable together! I loved Holly and Teddy so much that the story flew by, and I read it in one sitting. I also enjoyed the low-key drama. It made me even more excited for Holly's twin sister Stella's book.
