Christian fiction. Cute story, I liked the exerpts of Paige Turner's (her mother was a librarian) radio show. The setting in Oregon and gardening helped to keep me interested. The end of the story was a little abrupt and undeveloped compared to the rest of the plot. Overall, a cute story.

This book was ok, fast read. Nothing really to get excited about. Kind of cheesy at times, especially with the jokes at the beginning of each chapter.

I loved the little excerpts from the radio show. Hard to imagine people could be that dense, but I answer the phone in an office, and knowing the questions we get makes it more believable. I also liked the way she compared everyone to flowers. Made each one more vivid in my mind and more memorable.

Slightly entertaining but the whole investigation felt awkward, the romance was worse (could it *be* more obvious?) and the way two of the main characters kept throwing God in to conversations made it feel even more artificial. And then, after all that, the ending took about 3 pages! I actually think the best bits were the intros to each chapter, fake extracts from the show where callers totally misunderstood some gardening concept in a hilarious manner.
