I love rom-com Christmas movies. Love Actually, The Holiday, that sort of thing. They all feel like a warm Christmas hug.
This was just what I needed in book form. It was the warm Christmas hug I needed at the end of this terribly difficult year.
I found the pacing of the beginning a little dizzying as the author was trying to set the scene but the rest of the book was a great meander through, what sounds like, the most idyllic English town, as the heroine gets tries to get her man. I couldn’t have enjoyed it more. I may make it a yearly tradition.
I wish I knew which town this was based on. I’m looking to relocate LOL.

This one was a lot of fun! The ending wasn’t a surprise, but that’s the fun of a Christmas romance. I enjoyed the antics along the way. I hope someone makes this into a Netflix Christmas movie!

Completely charming! I especially liked the small town atmosphere, The Pear Tree cafe, and the Knitting Sex Kittens. You know the outcome from the beginning, but it's interesting how Bayliss gets there.

It was a cute read though I started rushing through it a few chapters in and it was predictable what would happen. A three star is still good for me. I just might not reread in the future.

This book follows Kate as she joins a dating service that sends her on twelve dates on the lead up to Christmas.
I was so excited to read this book, I really hoped it would get me in the Christmas spirit and it definitely delivered!
We met some really lovely characters including Kate's dad, Mac and her best friend, Laura and some not so nice characters ( not all twelve dates were good dates
