This saga is so slow and forever-taking and just feels like a rehash of the previous saga, cannot wait for it to end

The flaw with reading the series through the omnibus volumes is that things start to feel repetitive after a while. And while I do appreciate the social commentary that Oda is trying to make, certain aspects of the plot make it feel clumsy.

The second Skypeia omnibus continues to be enjoyable. While I am not a huge fan of the massive fight set pieces, the idea of a Battle Royale of sorts was a new way to approach this type of action. The addition of new technology in the form of dials also helped develop this world and broaden what characters are capable of. On to the last section of Skypeia!

3 stars - I liked it

This collection continues the Skypia arc and has the gang trying to locate the treasure and defeat Eneru. Eneru is a formidable opponent but Luffy is showing him that everyone can be beaten. It will be interesting to see how this battle concludes.
