Enjoyable read!

Loved, loved, LOVED the diabily representation of having a new-to-you disability, and how a person processes that.

Disliked:
1. How many times the word/description "Lumberjack" was used. We get it. Just stop.
2. How many times the FMC says, "Did I say that outloud?" Girl. 😒

Overall, loved the start of the book WAYYYY more than the last bit. Meddling fictional families are the best! 🤣

I devoured this book in roughly 48 hours, and Willa and Ryder are precious cinnamon rolls that I would die for. Much like Calla and Jonah from The Simple Wild. Which is probably would I loved this story so much. While different there were certain parallels between the two stories that I'm a total sucker for. However, this story is so much than two college kids falling in love. While at times both characters can get on your nerves, you end up developing a soft spot for both Willa and Ryder.
