This book was extremely slow and boring. First 65% of the book I was on the struggle bus. The last part of the book picked up, but it still didn’t make up for the story overall. The twists didn’t shock me. The reveal was anticlimactic. Happy it’s over.

Thank you to the publisher for my review copy.

Lots and lots and lots and lots of build up. I was sucked in, but I predicted some of the twists and it took a long time to get to anything besides backstory.

I read this on my phone while either on a plane or bus, so that might have affected my rating

This thriller has a very slow build and by the time it picked up at the end I was not invested enough to care. Interesting premise but too slow for me.
