Maybe it's because I haven't read all of the Batwoman back issues, but I had a really hard time following this one.

A better effort than the first volume, that's for sure. I'm still not crazy about it taking place outside of Gotham for so long. but Scarecrows there and now I have a better understanding of who Prime is and how I connect to Kate's father. Still hate that storyline, still think that they're doing a disservice to Kate and Jacob. but this is a more solid effort. and I really liked the one-shot in issue #11 with Professor Pyg. it was a really nice bit of gritty detecting

I can't quite put my finger on why this one didn't work as well for me as previous volumes. It was fine, but just didn't grab me as well.

I enjoyed the middle comics of the book with Scarecrow, but the other comics of the graphic novel were just ok. There are some great art panels though.

I guess the multi-issue fever dream arc slightly edges out the Professor Pyg story, but therein lies the problem with this collection.

i really love Kate Kane. this arc may not be the best but she is an amazing character.
