Gesammelte Weisheiten von Marc Aurel, die oft sehr inspirierend sind. Auf die Dauer wiederholt sich der grosse Mann jedoch, wobei das manchmal ganz gut tut. Jedoch kann ich nicht mit ganz allen seinen Gedanken übereinstimmen, auch wenn sie bestimmt tröstend sein können. Dennoch lesenswert.

This book has been one of the most famous Stoicism books today. Seeing so many reviews and praise online, I had very high hopes for this book.
Due to the fact that it was a diary/journal and not meant for anyone but Marcus to read, and the fact that it was written many centuries ago, made this difficult for modern day readers.
The quotes that you can understand hits hard.
Before buying this book, keep in mind that the translation won't be perfect and some quotes are not easily understandable. Otherwise good book.
