Well structured and planned. I agree with Maniscalco's message of hard work and perseverance, it was great to hear a story of someone that dedicated for that long who finally did make it. I just don't think that he was ready to write a memoir yet. Or maybe better yet, it should have been all about coming up. I am happy that he has a great wife and daughter, but it just isn't great fodder for a memoir.
