This took me way too long to read but it was just so boring and underwhelming. Every villain is the same. They’re all stupid and easily tricked and defeated. Gaea, who has been the main villain throughout this series, was defeated in like thirty pages. I’m just happy Nico and Reyna got chapters, because I was starting to get sick of everyone else.

The book was so repetitive it became boring to read it was like oh the demigods must go somewhere and do this then when they arrive they succeed but oh no they must go somewhere else and do some other thing but how could they when they have so little time and then this happens AGAIN and i was like okay WE GET IT now can we please reach to the part where Gaea is supposed to wake up. And when we do reach that part it was such a let down. Honestly the only thing i liked about this book is Nico and if he wasn't in this book it would be a 2 star also that boy suffered enough i was like please leave him alone, no more pain lol . Another thing that bothered me is the lack of Percy i know this is not his series and he just came back from Tartarus but we needed more of him. Overall i can't say i loved this, it was okay but it could have been better. For example one more thig that needed improvement is the found family trope I think because everyone had a romance plot the friendship between others were underdeveloped.
