There’s a brief verbal sexual assault scene directed at Olive by another male character and it threw me off, it was both triggering AND it also felt silly, up until that point I was in love with the story even if certain things were very annoying, I was willing to ignore them up until the scene🥲

docked 0.75⭐️ for...that one comment, iykyk. but minus that, i loved this slowburn and was giggling & kicking my feet the whole time!
i will say -- as someone who is demisexual, i wish the author put more effort into olive's relationship with her sexuality. it was still nice to see, but there should've been more.
