I liked this book better than the first book in the series. But a lot of the stuff I didn’t really like from the first book kinda followed me into this book. I love Arc as a character. Samantha was ok I kinda liked the female main character from the first book better. I didn’t like how Samantha reacted and thought through some situations. I feel like the relationship can be developed a bit better in these books. The world building is very cool and I almost wish we got a bit more of that. All together had a fun time reading this book.

Enjoyable and well-written sci-fi romance. Arcanthus is my new book bf, and if you wanna know why check out the NSFW art on the authors' website. Also, he's charmingly arrogant.
Sweet romance, excellent spice scenes, loveable characters. Looking forward to continuing this series.
