We finally hear more from tender-hearted, gentle giant, quick to cry, gastro-challenged, poetry loving The Russian and his mysterious wife Elena in book four of everyone’s favourite bromatic romance series! To all the people I am bringing with me on this reading journey – you’re welcome. This one takes some plot tumbles and didn’t quite have me clutching at my heart as much as the earlier books but I still loved it. Another absolute delight. Such joy.

This was. A great time. My favorite of the series by far. It had two of my favorite tropes: marriage of convenience and reluctantly caring for someone sick or injured. And I love Vlad so much!! I recognize that there were a couple faults, but tbh I personally had a great time reading it so five stars it must be. (Also I hope Colton gets a book soon!)

This is one of my favorite series but this particular book took me the longest to read out of the series. I don’t know if it was Elena being touch and go for me but as stated it’s still one of my favorite series. I loved Vlad & so happy that he finally got his happy ending.

Vlad and Elena’s story was so good. They were also super frustrating but this one made sense as to why they were frustrating for me.
