I really appreciate all the stories being brought together in this volume! It made me notice things that had slipped by me in previous playthroughs of the games, and even in previous readings of the comics in their separate volumes, like
the SUPER heavy connections between blood and magic. Like, yes, blood mages are a thing, blood makes their magic stronger, but one of Alistair's ancestors drinking dragon blood to make himself stronger, and the Grey Wardens drinking darkspawn blood to make themselves into Grey Wardens, I think I remember something about lyrium being the blood of creatures in the Deep Roads in one of the DA:I DLCs... I feel this is going to be a theme in the upcoming game.

A thing I wish had been done differently: I wish they'd put in some kind of separation between the Magekiller issues. Magekiller is a series of short stories. Unlike the other comics in this volume, each issue of Magekiller was its own vignette. They were all connected, but the POV character presented them as separate stories, and it was a little strange to be reintroduced to the main characters multiple times in the same volume.
Things I liked: The art is really good in all the stories. I liked the lore exploration in the first three, as well as Isabela's character arc. The last story, Knight Errant, is my favourite, one of the best IP adaptations I've read. I liked the art the best in that one.
