Chloe enters her junior year with her four best friends at her side. However, each girl is dealing with different drama that puts strain on their relationships. When Chloe's popularity obsessed best friend finds out that Chloe has been dating geeky Adam, tensions explode. I guess the novel was cheesy in a lot of ways, but I still liked it. I liked how the panels didn't always depict the scene it's self. Sometimes they depicted things from Chloe's head, and these were often sort of creative metaphors. Like I enjoyed when she turned into a wallflower at the party and actually imagined herself as a flower.
